Callaway Golf had been facing the problem that selecting the right size for golf apparel is more difficult than for fashion apparel. While loose-fitting golf apparel has been gaining popularity recently, there are many people who prefer a tighter fit, making it quite difficult to select the right size.

Daisuke Kumai, E-Commerce Department Manager of Callaway Golf's Apparel Division, commented on the decision to use Virtusize: "We chose Virtusize because there are many examples of its use, we can provide the same UI to our customers, it is easy to apply, and it is flexible and has a good support system. We hope that the introduction of “Virtusize” will provide customers with an easier way to select their size and reduce the number of returns, which can lead to a negative purchase experience."
