Updated Virtusize's UI

Virtusize's UI has been updated on August 17 and is now more convenient to use.

We analyzed user behavior based on data obtained through Virtusize's own market research, and improved and optimized the service's functionality through careful user testing and results verification.

The simplified UI makes operation intuitive, improves the user experience, and increases conversions.

Updates include:

  • Simplified on-boarding process
  • Devices to reduce drop-out rate
  • Customization function
  • Expansion of range of products to be recommended

Simple On-Boarding Process

After several months of user research, we found that many users were hesitant to enter their personal information when starting to use the service. This update simplifies and improves the onboarding flow, reducing abandonment rates and increasing conversion rates through intuitive navigation.

Devices to Reduce Drop-Out Rate

Various innovations were also made to the on-screen display during on-boarding to reduce the drop-out rate. A progress bar is displayed at the top of the screen to indicate that users can start using the system with a simple operation. Also, by displaying optional items such as bust and shoulder width all at once, it is now even easier to tell which information is required and which is not. This allows users to receive more personalised recommendations based on their needs.

For global availability, our privacy policy has been updated to the latest version and we are now Yard-Pound Law compliant.

Customizable Features

This new feature allows flexibility in customizing the UI to match the branding of the site. In addition to simple color changes, we also support the insertion of graphics and logos.

The range of customization varies depending on the plan, there may be additional development and charges. Please contact a Customer Success Representative for details.

Expansion of the Scope of Recommended Products

In response to requests for "support for products with missing required items," we are now able to suggest recommended sizes even if some of the size information are missing.
