What do you do at Virtusize ?

Hi, I’m Wes and I’m on the front-end team here at Virtusize. I work on building our new products, integrating our products into client’s platforms, and general optimization of our products.

What unique do you like about your job?

I love how exciting my job is and how open our company is to new ideas. We constantly look for ways to improve by utilizing user testing and big data. Additionally, during these times of improvement, the team is always open to new ideas from us and many of my ideas have been implemented.

What makes working at Virtusize different from your other experiences?

We have such a diverse team which exposes us to many different ideas/viewpoints. My team alone has people from the Philippines, Poland, and USA. I can honestly say that I have broadened my perspectives on many things since joining Virtusize due to our diversity and inclusivity.

How would you describe the Virtusize culture?

Virtusize is incredibly diverse, highly inclusive, socially conscious. We have team members from many different countries and are heavily involved in social issues that affect our industry, our community, and the world. At the same time, we are a fun team and strongly believe in work-life balance.
